England have crashed out of the Rugby World Cup to South Africa in the last four, who secured victory with just two minutes left to break English hearts.

England had a 15-13 lead but Handre Pollard’s 78th-minute penalty goal snatcheda dramatic 16-15 win for the Springboks, who will now face New Zealand in next week’s final.
