Mourners gathered at the funeral of a British woman and her two daughters that were slain by Hamas in southern Israel.

Lianne Sharabi, from Bristol, and her teenage daughters Noiya Sharabi and Yahel Sharabi were finally laid to rest this afternoon in a joint funeral in the community of Kfar Harif.

Family and friends bid farewell to the three and watched as they were buried side by side.

Lianne and her younger daughter Yahel, 13, were both gunned down in her house at Be’eri Kibbutz on October 7 as militants armed with AK-47s infiltrated kibbutz after kibbutz, killing civilians indiscriminately.

There was hope her second daughter, Noiya, 16, was still alive having been taken hostage by Hamas in Gaza, like 222 other civilians.

But the teenager’s body was finally discovered days after the bloodbath.

Lianne’s husband and the girls’ dad Eli is still missing. He is thought to be held in Gaza, but the family has not been notified.
