Minister Albulena Haxhiu is threatened, the suspect is arrested

State officials, including high positions, have often been the target of threats from different people and groups and as a result have sought help and protection from the Police. For such a case, the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prishtina has already started investigations, following the denunciation of the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, reports Gazeta Sinjali.

Sources within the Prosecutor's Office have informed that Haxhiu was the target of threats from a person who allegedly threatened him through the social network "Instagram".

As soon as the Police was informed about the case, they managed to arrest and identify the suspect and he was arrested today.

As Sinjali learns, the suspect was accompanied to the police station, where he gave his statement regarding the crime he is charged with and the motive that pushed him to threaten Minister Haxhiu.

After the completion of the police procedures, the State Prosecutor has ordered the measure of police detention and the initiation of the case for the criminal offense "Intimidation".
