Rapper Swarmz denies involvement after Ferrari crashes into London bus: ‘Wasn’t me’

Rapper Swarmz has reassured fans he’s doing ‘good’ after he revealed footage of a Ferrari which reportedly crashed into a London bus this week.

The Keisha & Becky rapper appeared to film the scene where a 488 Pista Ferrari, worth around £250,000, allegedly collided with a bus on Sunday (24 May) near Trafalgar Square in central London.

Swarmz, real name Brandon Scott, shared photos on his Instagram stories of a car with significant damage to the front exterior.

Appearing to address the incident, the rapper shared a photo of himself to Instagram posing by the edge of a swimming pool with the caption: ‘Wasn’t Me 🤷🏾‍♂️🤣🏎 #skrskr.’

He added in his stories: ‘Im good [sic].’

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson told Metro.co.uk: ‘Police were called at approximately 13:50hrs on Sunday, 24 May to reports of a damage only collision on Northumberland Avenue,WC2.

‘No reports of injuries and no arrests.’

In footage of the incident, Swarmz previously said: ‘F***ing hell man, never crashed a f***ing Ferrari bruv.’

A social media user who claims to have witnessed the collision, tweeted: ‘The remains of a Ferrari on Northumberland Avenue. Damaged bus in the background.

‘All three emergency services in attendance along with Westminster’s cleaning team tidying up the mess.’

Swarmz has enjoyed success over the past year with the star-studded remix of Keisha & Becky, and other tracks including Lyca and Bally.

During lockdown, Swarmz has become a social media sensation after launching a live-streamed twerking competition similar to Tory Lanez’s Quarantine Radio.

The show’s success saw Swarmz reach one million Instagram followers in April.

He shared footage of his champagne-filled celebrations and wrote: ‘1 Million Followers On Insta Thank Everyone❤️💯. Twerk Show Back On The 25th This Month.😈 Its Gonna Be Crazy [sic].’
