TNT Sports’ coverage of Tyson Fury’s fight against Francis Ngannou went down just 40 minutes into the show, sparking outrage from fans.

An ‘end of programme’ message was seen playing on a loop as host Laura Woods, on behalf of TNT Sports Box Office, was forced to apologise.

Sources have suggested that the break in transmission was the result of a blown power generator, with technicians in Riyadh working to resolve the problem.

While pictures eventually returned so fans could watch some of the action in Saudi Arabia, they were left with no sound and the quality of the video was said to be dropping in and out.

Fans have paid £21.95 to watch the full undercard and main battle between Fury and Ngannou but were left furious as the programming descended into chaos, with some taking to social media to vent their frustrations.
