Cinema Cleaner Sparks Debate With Photo As Parents Are Urged To ‘Raise Kids Better’

We’ve all had the experience of arriving at a movie theater and finding our seats completely covered in other people’s trash.

It’s pretty frustrating, especially when you’ve paid a premium for your tickets and are looking forward to enjoying the film!

Now, one cinema cleaner has retaliated against people who terrorize other moviegoers with their filth.

They uploaded photographs of a theater that had been completely destroyed during a film screening, and people are now pushing parents to ‘raise their children better.’

The Reddit article attracted a lot of internet discussion.

Some Redditors sided with the youngsters, with one saying, “If we kept it clean, you wouldn’t have a job.”

Another says: “That’s the job,” while a third adds: “You literally get paid to clean it up sooooo I don’t know why the f*** you complaining.”

However, many other commenters have come out in support of the cleaner.

One commenter says, “This is horrible. “I can’t stand people who don’t respect others’ property.”

“I worked in a theatre in the early 2000s, and this reminds me of every weekday showing of Harry Potter….” I really overheard a father saying to his child, ‘No, leave your rubbish on the floor; they will pick it up,’ and those showings were the dirtiest of them all.”

A third suggests a solution to prevent such harmful conduct, stating, “There should be a refundable cleaning deposit for scenarios like this.”

Someone else suggests: “If they paid for a private screening, trace them through their credit cards, charge them for damages, and ban them from the theater chain.” There are methods to hold them responsible. “Oh, and their s****y parents.”

While a fifth writes: “Scumbags. What sort of trash parents have raised them to do this?”

However, one Redditor can’t believe in the amount of mess for quite a different reason.

They laugh: “All I can see is $5000 worth of popcorn on the ground!”

The cleaner in issue took to Reddit to express their indignation.

They say that the group of teenagers had scheduled a private showing at the theater, but then departed 20 minutes early, raising suspicion among the personnel.

And it turns out that this suspicion was entirely grounded.

The cleaner entered the auditorium to clean up before the next movie and witnessed the devastation these teenagers had left behind.

The whole floor and most of the chairs were coated in popcorn, prompting us to imagine the group was having a food battle rather than really appreciating the artwork on screen.

This flagrant disregard for the place also displays significant contempt to the cleaning workers, who had to cope with the massive mess.
